Visa & Documentation Process to Study in Japan

• School Counseling: Our experienced counselors provide comprehensive guidance, covering aspects like school selection, understanding Japan, career prospects, financial planning, socio-cultural insights, and documentation counseling.
• Language Course and Seminar: Students enroll in a minimum 6-month language course. Following this, they participate in seminars aiding them in choosing the right schools and universities in Japan.
• School Selection and Interview: Japanese schools and universities select students for interviews. Successful candidates proceed to take a General Knowledge Exam (placement test) and a Japanese Language Exam, both mandatory for acceptance.
• Verification and Documentation: After selection, students undergo a rigorous verification and documentation process. Ezara Japanese School meticulously checks and manages all required documents.
• Forwarding Documents: Ezara forwards verified documents to the respective Japanese school, initiating a thorough examination. The school then forwards documents to Japanese immigration.
• Immigration Verification: Japanese immigration verifies all submitted documents. Once satisfied, they issue a Certificate of Eligibility (COE).
• Financial Obligations: After fulfilling financial obligations, Japanese schools forward all necessary documents to Ezara, who, in turn, provides them to the students.
• Visa Application Process: Ezara manages the visa application process at the Japanese Embassy in Kathmandu. Students undergo an interview, and upon success, the Embassy issues the visa.
• Departure to Japan: Students secure their tickets and board to Japan. Upon arrival, airport immigration conducts another interview which should be of no problem as long as you have all the necessary documents and answer properly.
